HTC 1 is a design concept by Designer Andrew Kim which makes even the iPhone look dated. The focus in the design is simplicity, durability and functionality. The device is built from a brass housing coated in silver and is clearly designed to last forever.

Andrew Kim argues that HTC doesn't really have phones that differentiates itself from lower end models in terms of design. The HTC 1 is supposed to do exactly this. Everything from the concept interface to details in the constructions is streamlined and mature. The display even has a built in UV Light which kills germs and bacteria's on the surface of the phone.

While we probably wont be seeing this phone any time soon, its an interesting read and it definitely gave me goose bumps.
