This package is basically identical to the package that was released for the Touch Pro a few hours earlier. This one however includes a startup.txt for the DIAM100 and its been tested and confirmed working out of the box on that model. Its reported to work very well and is considered very stable! Enjoy!
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Download, unzip and put everything on the storage card root. Delete your old data file if you have one and start Haret from file manager in Windows Mobile. It will take a bit to create your data file, then it will come up to the lockscreen, hit the Home key to unlock and don't rush into anything too fast on first time or you'll get some pop ups saying some things are not ready. After you've setup google sync etc and disable the screen sleep and played with it a bit, press and hold the end call and shut down then soft reset using stylus. Your next boots into android will go faster and things should settle down.

Thanks to the great work by Joseph aka babijoee I am able to report that a I have released a new Android package, configured for the Diamond. It basically consists of the new package from babijoee but I replaced the kernel image with another one that works better, at least for me (you are free to use whichever one you want though). This new package is based on Android 1.6 and all the new improvements it holds along with several other porting related improvements. I personally didnt get to test this on a Diamond but I am quite confident it should work out of the box for DIAM100 and should work fine for the other Diamonds given the proper startup.txt. If you have any problems, head on over to the forums
Installation- Delete all files related to android from root of storage card.
- Copy all files in the pack to your storage card root, only change startup.txt if you need it or select one from the startup-configs folder
- Launch haret.exe from the file browser
(For data connection to work, please refer to this guide)

- Added a few apps.Installation
- Delete all files related to android from root of storage.
- Copy all files in the pack to your internal storage root, only change startup.txt if you need it or select one from the startup-configs folder
- Be patient at first boot
- If you get an unresponsive screen or Android gets locked at startup, use zimage_old instead of zimage.
- Don't use wallpaper gallery to change wallpaper. Use images in sdcard instead.
- You may get random locks, sorry, i haven't a solution yet.
- All credits go to dzo, vilord and mssmison. Thanks enatefox for some tips. -

package name: android-diamond-20090807-BETA
author: Edvard, aka Untouchab1e
based on: Android Diamond 090609 (TaC_Pack)A lot of new progress has been made recently and now you can see for yourself. Basic power management, data connection, audio and microphone are all working now, at least for most!
Installation: Copy the contents of this folder to your memory card root (raph) or internal storage root (Diamond). Restart your device and run haret.
Notes: In order to get GPRS working you need to set up APN connections for your operator in Android. See http://www.androidonhtc.com/carrier_network_settings for more details. You also need to follow this guide
In the startup-configs folder you can find default.txt for various phone models. Pick the one that works, rename to startup.txt and replace the startup.txt in the root folder with the new one.Keep in mind that this package shows off loads of new features but its also quite unstable and buggy. I think you will enjoy it though!
Enjoy!

Based on the same kernel as the latest Raph100 release, this package has all the latest features and progress implemented. This release also fixes the color issue on the DIAM500 so that those users should now get as good experience as with non -500 devices! Enjoy! DIAM100\800 should also be able to run this package with some modifications to the default.txt
Instructions
1 - Download the .zip file and extract the contents to your desktop. You should have a folder called tmp there now.
2 - Connect your phone to the computer with a mini-USB cable.
3 - copy the tmp folder to your storage root. The tmp should then be located in [internal storage]/tmp Inside the tmp folder is a boot folder. You may put that anywhere or
leave it in tmp.
4 - Disconnect the usb-cable and soft-reset your Touch Diamond.
5 - Open up the file explorer, find the tmp directory and launch haret.exe and click run.
6 - Wait for android to boot up, and enjoy! At the first boot it takes a while before the android boot screen comes up and then the boot screen (with the glowing android) stays up quite long before you get to the boot screen.
Subsequent boots are faster.
